The Little Farm was in need of a new website and a rebrand that would convey a warm, classic, and welcoming tone to better connect with their customers. Their main audience consists of parents of young children seeking educational activities and schools organizing field trips. While The Little Farm had a clear idea of their identity, they needed assistance in effectively communicating this online.
Harmonizing Online Presence with Identity
Iconova Design began by conducting a user and market study to understand the preferences and needs of The Little Farm’s target audience. From this research, we created a new color palette and typography combination that reflected the friendly, warm, and nature-oriented essence of the business, while maintaining a professional and experienced appeal. We used yellow-toned colors and added a yellow tint to their photos to evoke warmth and approachability. An accent handwritten font was included to enhance the approachable feel. Additionally, hand-drawn illustrations and textures conveyed their hands-on, experiential nature.
From Concept to Creation
In addition to the new visual identity, we developed a website on WordPress that would be easy for any staff member to update and expand. We built reusable blocks to ensure all pages could be custom-built while maintaining a consistent language across the site. This approach not only provided flexibility in content management but also ensured that the visual and functional aspects of the website remained unified.
Seamless Engagement, Anywhere
Ensuring the site was mobile-friendly was a priority, and we made sure the new brand was consistently represented across all devices. The responsive design ensured that visitors would have a seamless experience whether they accessed the site from a desktop, tablet, or smartphone.
We also created a comprehensive Brand Package that included the new visual identity applied to social media. Instagram and Facebook templates were provided as a guide for future use, ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels. These templates were designed to maintain the same warm and welcoming aesthetic of the website, helping The Little Farm to engage with their audience on social media effectively.
