Web Development
Our goal was to create a website that would showcase Mesa Photonics’ innovative products and effectively communicate their brand to their customers. We started by getting to know the company’s values, products, and target audience, so we could create a website that truly reflected their vision.
Improving Brand Communication
To achieve this, we developed a new visual language that emphasized Mesa Photonics’ scientific nature, modernity, and established reputation. We chose a professional color palette that combined black and gray with accents of yellow and orange, and we added grid textures on all pages to highlight the scientific nature of their work.
Building a Responsive and User-friendly Website
We included an intro video on the homepage that explained what Mesa Photonics does, showcased their most popular products, and kept the navigation straightforward. We also made sure that the design was responsive, so that mobile users could easily access the website.
For the product page, we included prominent images of each piece of equipment, accompanied by a text hierarchy that highlighted the features and benefits of each product. We used different font sizes to ensure that the text was easy to read and understand.
Consistent Brand Identity
Mesa Photonics was thrilled with the new website and appreciated the new visual language that better represented their brand. The company was so pleased with the redesign that they also asked us to design brochures and banners for their marketing event.
